List the foods you have eaten in one full day. Once foods are listed, determine the amount (grams) of fiber in each food. These values can be found by looking at the food labels, from figure 4-17 (page 145) in the book or from appendix A in the back of the book. Once you have determined your fiber intake, answer the questions below. (FYI – there is NO fiber in animal products)
