Fy16p1 Reflection Paper

FY16P1 Academy: Promoted participation and good morale throughout the group during my first few weeks at Apple. Due to my strong technical background, I was able to coach my peers in areas that are of my expertise. This included; iOS, Mac hints, and shortcuts. Bomgar screen sharing sessions with peers to help them fully understand the program. This yielded a great result of a high amount of graduates under Amber Duke, in addition, more advisors left Academy prepared for the technology world ahead of them.
FY16P1 Award: I received an award for my CSTAT achievement of 100% with 29 surveys from Thomasina and Kimra Hite.
FY16P2 TeamUno: Extended my helping hand via private and public chat rooms and helped cultivate strong advisors that were knowledgeable in the environment that they had been placed into. This resulted in TeamUno only losing 1-2 advisors due to being overwhelmed by content. I always try to motivate and maintain great morale on our team.
FY16P3 Additional Hours: I partook in 30-40 additional hours over the course of the Holiday season to aid in critical business needs during that time. This span was between P3 and P4. This directly resulted in

A most improved member of the team and a most valuable member of the team. Over four months that this program has been active we here at TeamUno have seen a 60% increase of shared wow moments which directly correlates to a team with a better morale that is always either in first place under Thomasina and now in battle for
