The world of education is an ongoing and continuous rather than linear. The expectations for classroom assessment are ongoing and constantly evolving. Every year there are numerous materials, strategies, and approaches being embedded in the school district. As an educator, this can be extremely stressful not just on the teacher, but the student as well. However, with the support of an effective reading specialist/literacy coach the feeling of stress can develop into optimism. The implications for me as a future reading specialist/literacy coach, is to be resourceful, reliable, prompt, and up to date with curriculum. It will be my responsibility to assure that I attend all workshops, in addition, research new teaching methods and assessments
