As the semester went on many limitations of mine were those that over time with some effort be easily overcome. Everything from my first semester I learned that relationships with patients is most important and that way I was capable to overcome my fear of talking to people more openly. Through IPPE I was able to expose myself to the pharmacy staff and patients and learned many new things. We, as peers in college, work together to figure out doubts and discuss things related to pharmacy which will refine my knowledge and also help me gain knowledge. Faculty members are attempting to arrange seminars which assist me to see a diverse field of pharmacy. I was coming to know career choices a career in pharmacy has to offer so I can choose the best path for myself. I was able to gain a lot of insight on the retail aspect of pharmacy. Some things that I was able to improve in myself were verbal and nonverbal skills, incorporating the latests developments and trends, and critical thinking skills. I always try to keep an open mind to different concepts and when working independently or as a part of a team to carry out multiple tasks and projects. It is important to maintained a positive attitude towards all problems and face problems with vigor and passion. I kept myself flexible in respecting diversity which increased my awareness of other people and cultures. My ability of willingness to learn a new skill or technique helped me because pharmacy is constantly evolving, so I have to keep pace growing and learn with that
