• Shall not unreasonably deny the student’s access to varying points of view. I believe that it is important for teachers to show students more than one point of view when teaching a lesson. This allows students to gain a better understanding of the world around them. In my future classroom I will be teaching lessons that incorporate cultural diversity. Teachers need to be a positive role model for all of their students and teach acceptance and understanding. All students should be treated with respect, dignity, equity, and fair. In my future classroom I plan to create a positive classroom environment that is inclusive of all students. I will work hard to create a family environment with in the classroom and work hard to differentiate lessons so that everyone feels included and has their individual needs met. I think that this applies for all jobs/careers and that a person with good ethics would never make up false acquisitions about a coworker. Teachers need to practice good ethical judgment and be a positive role model for their students, families, school, peers/colleague, and community. Making false acquisitions about a colleague is not an ethical practice that should be role modeled by teachers. If I were ever in a situation where I do not get along with a colleague, I would take time out of my day to speak with them about the issue. I think that it is important to have open communication and work out differences with your colleagues in order to build respect for one another and create a solid working
