FunderQ Introduction

Here at Funder Q, we help turn your dreams into a reality. How do we do that? You’ve probably guessed it! FunderQ is a user-friendly crowdfunding platform. We help you raise money online to fund the events, charities, and passions you care about.

But is crowdfunding even worth it in the first place?

We emphatically say yes. For instance, take a look at the Veronica Mars Movie Project. This project met its funding goal in only 10 hours. By the end of the campaign, it raised over 5.7 million dollars. The Coolest Cooler aimed to raise 50,000 dollars, and it ended up generating over 13 million.

And we’re not just cherry-picking success stories. The stats agree with us when we say that crowdfunding is on the rise. In 2010, 880 million dollars was raised via crowdfunding. Fast forward to 2015, and that number ballooned up to 34 billion dollars. That number is getting bigger every year, and it looks like crowdfunding money will outstrip venture capital money for the first time ever in 2016.

We’re doing that by streamlining the crowdfunding process as much as possible. We’re making it simple to fund what matters to you. Our user-friendly website makes it easy to set up a campaign in minutes. Additionally, we have two ways for you to raise money. The first way is the tried-and-true donation.

What makes FunderQ different is the second way we encourage you to raise money. We let your friends auction off video conferencing time to the highest bidder. Then that money is added to your campaign.

What does this mean for you? If your friend is a popular internet marketer, he can auction off coaching services. If your friend is a Japanese history buff, he can auction off a Q & A session. If your friend is a YouTube celebrity, she can auction off a one-on-one
