Some red flag words are suddenly, suddenly, and in a blink of an eye, but there are many other red flag words and phrases. It is difficult to think about what red flag words will influence the audience and which do not, it mainly depends on their understandings to red flag words; because the understanding of red flag words is different from everyone’s eyes. If the audience does not understand a red flag word that you have stated they may not dissolve what you have spoken to them, because of one simple word. The four sections of this Johari Window illustrate what we let others know about us, what we hide, what we don’t know about ourselves, but others know, and what we will discover about ourselves. The open space represents traits about ourselves that we and others are aware of. An open person wants to push out their feelings towards themselves, and their opinions. The hidden space represents information about ourselves that others do not know. A hidden person is someone who does not feel comfortable letting out information about themselves and their opinions. The blind space represents information that we do not know about ourselves, but others do. A blind space make others think about how they would like to notify you about something without coming off as a mean or unjustly person. A hidden space represents our behaviors that we do not recognized. A hidden space is for those who do not want to get a reality check about themselves, they are in other words ignorant and do not want to listen.
