The fundamental duties of a manager can be broken down into four important functions with thin management, planning, organization, leading and control are essential for its victory. I will start with the most critical planning is step one within any organization. The advantage of planning is that it determines a game plan and how to execute it. Mapping out the organizational goals how to reach the short and long term goals.
