Professor Eric,

I think that the best structure that would fit the golf course would be the functional structure. I think this would be the best fit becuase it not a very large coporation and we could split the maintenance/lawn care into one department. Then we could split the rest of the dperatments up and just have each group over seen by one head manager. I think this would be the most suceesful way to run the course.
