They must also have clinical and classroom experience. This means that they have to be able to read charts, know how to work the medical equipment and the technology's involved. The nurse must live up to these responsibilities. People skills is a key to being a nurse. If the nurse has no people skills, don't even try working as a nurse. He or she must always be kind to the patients. Few examples of being kind is having patience, not getting frustrated, and always helping the patient with anything that they need. Not only is being kind important, but the nurse must always take care of patient by example, administering their medicine on time. This job requires the nurse to run test on the patient such as drawing blood for labs, checking blood pressure and gathering
