Nurse must have a master’s degree. They have a better chance to get a job once out of college if they have a doctoral degree. A master’s degree is 5 years of college. The nurse must live up to these responsibilities. People skills is a key to being a nurse. If the nurse has no people skills, don't even try working as a nurse.
