Reviews and observations show that creating a fun work environment is a hot topic among many big organizations. Thousands of these organizations are trying to use fun at workplace as a tool for motivation of their employees for greater productivity and job satisfaction.
Various researcher have looked at this topic from different perspective where the findings of their researches show a great degree of positive effects of fun at workplace on employee job satisfaction.
