Frozen is a 3D computer animated musical fantasy-comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Walt Disney Pictures is a division of Walt Disney Animation Studios and Walt Disney Animation Studios is owned by The Walt Disney Company. The Walt Disney Company is an American diversified multinational mass media corporation that headquartered in California. It was founded on October 16, 1923, by Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney.

To understand the love relationship between sisters, Disney Animation go to their extend to convened a “Sister Summit” which women from all over the studio who grew up together with their sisters were asked to discuss their relationship with their sisters (Solomon, 2013).
Target Market for the product
Since it was a Disney animated film, the target market for Frozen was mainly towards children. The more adventurous aspect of movie making it more accessible to everyone including teenagers. As times goes by, the popularity of Frozen getting higher and higher and now even young adults including female and male young adults are one of the targeted market for the film. And now, children across the world could sing one of the theme song in the movie Frozen, “Let It Go”.
The animated film Frozen got a positive review from critics and audiences that some film critics even said that Frozen is the best Disney animated featured film and musical.

Taking the opportunity of the popularity of Frozen, The Walt Disney Company add value to their T-shirts, water tumblers, backpacks and also accessories by printing the images of the characters of Frozen onto the products. By doing so, Disney is able to capture the value from customer, mainly customer of a younger generations.
Disney also try to capture value of customer from different country, Disney Character Voices International translate and dubbed Frozen into 41 languages. In Japan, in order to capture the value of Japanese customer, Disney put in a lot of effort and care to choose the perfect voice actor and actress for the Japanese dubbed version of Frozen.
