Although competition will be fierce with previously established global players in the fast food industry, Freddy’s does have unique features and benefits for Canadian foodies. Furthermore, with statistics proving that Canadians are willing to pay more for good quality beef, it is certain that high quality beef at a competitive price will set Freddy’s apart from their competitors. Analyzing the demographics of the target market gives more justification to the opportunity that Freddy’s has. With the aging population of Canadians, it is apparent that they will be more selective with the beef that they chose and its quality.
