Frotteurism is a disorder that deals with a person who is rubbing or touching against a non-consenting person. The reason why it would be difficult to identify is because it takes place in crowded areas. It would be difficult to treat because it such a petty or nuisance crime, and it's also very hard to catch the perpetrator as well. The obstacles that a treatment provider may face when treating this disorder is that may be hard to get a person who has committed frotteruism to admit what they done and also make them be held accountable for their
