Our business concept, Frontline Barber, will provide American military members with an array of barber shop services with a specialty in military style grooming, while also offering access to a full bar and lounge.

In the United States, the hair care service industry has around 80,000 establishments that specialize in this area with only 4,000 of these stores being barber shops. Currently, the 50 largest barber shops account for only 30% of total revenue, allowing higher ease of entry for smaller companies. In recent years, the barber shop segment of the industry has shown growth as it has made a resurgence back into the industry. Competition in the beauty and personal care industry, specifically in the hair care industry, is fragmented, so there are no dominating key players in the hair care industry. However, since the market is highly-fragmented, competition tends to be moderately high.
