People die everyday right? That is a commonly known fact. Just think about how many people die that have never traveled across an ocean or had the chance to visit a different country. Earth has seven continents, why spend your entire life in just one and never see what the others have to offer. Traveling and seeing the way others live lets you realize how many different ways people survive in the world today. The world has so many different environments and landmarks that it is practically crazy to spend seventy years looking at the same roads, red lights, and the same homeless people begging for money. First of all the Egyptian pyramids, to witness how big they actually are and then realize they were built approximately 4,000 years ago is insane. Second is the Taj Mahal, one of the worlds most popular tourist attractions. It was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite wife. The strategies that were followed to build this massive monument set itself apart from any other at the time. The symbolism carved in the walls tell stories about the Empire and the Jahan life. Traveling to see new places does not always mean you have to cross seas. Next we have Frances gift to the United States, the Statue of Liberty. The world is full of so many diverse ways of life. There are people that live in undeveloped parts of the world just because it is their way of life; they choose to live that way. Why not visit places like those and see how they survive, and why it means so much to them to live the way they do? There are also those that can not help but live the way they do. Some third world countries are too poor to provide for their entire population. Most families starve because they do not have enough food to support their own family. We 've all said we were hungry before, but we actually do not know what real hunger is like. That is why so many people travel to these places and bring them supplies and food.
