The article “From my friend”, Ro Vargo explains the strategies used by a young girl and her parents when she was placed an inclusion setting. From kindergarten through twelve grade she has encountered many obstacles along the way, but based on her positive attributes and problem solving skills she was able to fully function in a normal setting. Risk and resilience are both a great example of how an individual like Ro has overcome. Ro’s life is described in this article as if there were no boundaries to learning and abilities to perform in an inclusion setting.
