What did I find most interesting about this book, Honeymoon to Nowhere?
I found several things that was interesting about this book such as, Etsuko father in my opinion puts his daughter down when he's tells her how she really wasn't a good look on the eyes to a man yet tries to force her into marrying someone who he thinks is suitable for her. Also, what I found interesting was Etsuko thoughts about her unattractiveness. I believe her father played a major part in her perception about herself due to his comments, but overall Etsuko wasn't unattractive because she had men that wanted to marry her it was her own low-esteem that cause her to be without a husband.
