They are very pretty and can be used for many different types of sports and activities. The Friesian horse is actually a European warmblood. These horses can be found in doing sports like pleasure riding, dressage, and maybe some light farm work. These horses are on of the only European warmbloods that have not been bred to be jumpers. This breed of horse is one of the best carriage pulling breed that there is. They are very big and strong and pull carts very well. They are found to compete in cart pulling events and other carriage type events. Many people also use these horses to give carriage rides at special events or on certain towns. They also have mane and tails that are very long. This also makes them look very beautiful when pulling a cart and doing other things like dressage. The Friesian is found to be very good at dressage.
