So, I said “okay”. He asked me if I had still had a problem with Celsa and I told him no and I did not care if she came. Celsa came to Evangel Temple, which is our church, with us and we talk for about a couple of minutes and that was all and still to this day she goes to our church. Christian later on told me he started having feelings for Celsa and that they were starting to talking. Honestly, I went into shock mode because that was my brother and I did not want him to be in any drama like before. I tried everything that I could to stop him from not wanting to date any girl but, it did not work. Then, Christian came home one day and told me that Celsa had gone back to Angel and he was going back to his previous girlfriend. I was upset because my brother really liked Celsa. However, Celsa still “in-love” with Angel to realize my brother was far better than what Angel was. Finally it was Christian sophomore year and my freshman year when Celsa finally told Angel they were done. So Christian broke up with his girlfriend and started to talk to Celsa again. I was happy and excited for him. The sad part Celsa and Christian broke up after only dating for a few months. Then it all became a twist for us. Celsa and I began to talk at church one night and she told me her testimony and that night I realized that she is a friend that I need in my life. We were great friends because I had a best friend at the time name Nicole and I did not want to best friends. Later on, Nicole and I stop being friends because of rumors and stuff. Celsa helped me get over the fact that Nicole and I would probably never become best friends again. But, I still had trust problems because of my past friendship. I did not realize that God had put someone new as my best

He’s my best friend and brother, no denying that. Some of my friends try to be funny and say things like “He’s just a silly boy!” or “He’s a senior Lexi, you guys can’t be that close”, but it isn’t that simple. I wouldn’t be writing this if that was the case. My friends will always have a best friend throughout high school, but mine? Mine leaves in less than 10 months for college.…

In my personal opinion, I feel that many parents don’t communicate because of the reasons that they split up in the first place, but parents need to realize that their children are more important than their problems. I live in a blended family with my mom being remarried and my dad was remarried until this year when him and his life split up. My mom always struggled to communicate with my dad because they never got along, which is why they never got married. My mom got over her differences and communicated with him so that I could still see him every month but he never got over it. The reason that I know that he never got over it is because every time I would invite him to come to my mother’s house for a birthday party or my high school graduation he wouldn’t come.…

For the preacher his mind probably went around and around on the fact that Hughes was the only one to receive salvation. As a preacher he shouldn’t call someone out because their time hasn’t come for salvation. The preacher in Salvation should know that there is timing at different seasons. Jesus does not time us; he gives people day after day if the time is right to give he or she to get their life to Christ. Jesus gives us a choice to accept him or…
