Just a reminder of the actions required on a weekly basis:

1. Determine whether we need to issue PO for Fussie Cat Canned on every Friday, if Friday is a holiday then do it on Thursday. You will need to ensure the following steps are followed:
- Update the Inventory Available (Column E)
- Update any containers received (Column F – AB)
- Check any items highlighted in red in column AH, this will occur when the stocks falls below 3.2
- Update tab FCC-Mvmt at beginning of each month by extracting the data from Sales Mgmt > Sales Rep Inventory Report. Update column L, M, & N to ensure the average is computed based on the recent 3 months average and 4 months average. While column N is the highest of L and M.
