Boxer’s infamous line throughout the the story was, “I will work harder.” His good intentions resulted in his death. In a way Boxer sealed his fate. He pushed himself to capacity and ended up at the glue factory. That's the issue with conformist. They are blinded when it comes to reality. Even narrow minded sometimes for living within boundaries.
