Frida Kahlo Hero

“I paint my own reality. The only thing I know is that I paint because I need to, and I paint whatever passes through my head without any other consideration.” She focused on her dreams throughout her lifetime. No one and nothing was in her way. Frida Kahlo, a hero known amongst many others. Frida Kahlo was born in Coyoacan, Mexico and died in the same exact place, she took pride in where she came from. As a result, she was buried in her own museum in which people still appreciate her work today. Frida Kahlo is a great example of an epic hero because she is very intelligent, is independent as an individual, and is strong. Her heroic actions will never be forgotten. Biography.com states, “embraced indigenous beauty, unlike other women.” In one case scenerio, when she went to Paris for a show of hers she saw women that she perceived as fragile and was disgusted by the way they go around. In her eyes they were found to be disgusted. She kept true herself and lived her life naturally. She appreciated toughness and was said to be just like the men around her. Frida enjoyed swimming, boxing, and wrestled. Her family always saw her as a boy, even dressing as one sometimes.
