The content of the order made since but was stated out of order and missing some minor supporting elements. During the brief the SNC stumbled over words and stuttered because he was unsure or was developing his plan as he briefed. This showed a lack of preparation and initial plan. SNC lacked fluidity and confidence during his transition that slowed down forward movement. SNC did not establish a basic level of security. During the points of friction SNC was not able to make quick decisions to adjust the plan. SNC relied on the suggestions from his fellow candidates and did not show a since of ownership or responsibility for all the decisions being made. SNC’s overall confidence for the duration of the event was at a steady increase as time
