Freshman Year Middle School

Decent Essays
My Freshman year was very different for me because I had changed from Franklinton Middle School to Bunn High School. I hated it at Bunn because I did not fit in and I felt like a outcast. There was some crazy looking people there but I am not the type to judge but they were some weird people. After a few days people started letting me sit with them because I would sit at lunch by myself. I had became best friends with this senior named Casey she was very nice, but how we became best friends was because one day her ex boyfriend’s parents were trying to get them to break up and she started having an anxiety attack in first period so i took her to the bathroom so no one was all in her space and so she would calm down. She attempted to call her mom, but her anxiety …show more content…
When I told Casey that day was my last day she did not believe me, no matter how many times I told her I was not lying she did not believe me. She would tell me that I would be at school the next day and when I stopped showing up to school she had texted me asking me where I had went and I told her that I had moved and she got upset and started crying because she never got a chance to say goodbye. I told her that I promise that I would come see her before she went to college and when I went to make plans to go see her she had told me that she had already moved into her dorm. After that we had fell off and I have not really spoken to her since. Yes, I do check on her every now and then but other than that we do not speak to each other because we are so busy and never get a chance to. I do not really talk to anyone at Bunn because all my friends is at Franklinton High School. Franklinton is my home and always will be my home, no other town or state will change how I feel about

One day we were talking at lunch and a girl came up to us and started talking to us about herself and how discourteous her friends were to her, of course we told her that she could hang out with us. All three of us had the same class and became best friends quickly, after that I made some friends and I had the best school year of my life. The 6th grader that sat next to me was Destiny who, after 6th grade, went to Somerset but to this day we are still best friends. The girl who came up to us was Yesenia, who, after 6th grade, stayed being my best friend, all throughout middle school and was the only true friend I had all those years, she is still the best friend that I will ever have. I started that school year terrified, sad, and angry with my mom for making me move away from my friends, I’m fortuitous that I move or I wouldn't have met my two best friends that I consider family.…

As my application is examined, it will come to the attention that no activities or descriptions are included from my sophomore year of high school. That would be because I actually did not have a sophomore year. Advancing forward a full year in high school would have to be one of the most challenging, longest lasting, incredibly difficult circumstances that I have ever found myself in. Not only was this decision strenuous when it came to academic struggles, but I found myself facing family skirmishes, social problems, and issues with the Board at my school. Even though so many obstacles could have been avoided by choosing to take the easiest route available to me, I would not trade my experiences for anything because ultimately, they formed me into the person who I need to be in order to pursue my dreams and taught me more than I could have ever imagined learning.…

Every time I would try to go somewhere with her, pick her up, or even go see her, it was always and excuse. "I don't feel good", "my hair is a mess", " I don't feel like it". Then an hour later I see her in the car heading to go the mall; things of that nature.…
