Standards:
The documentation standards as of October 27, 2010, with appropriate modifications, are to be used for all documentation of this project.
Practices:
• Quality precepts are applied by engineers while working to avoid potential delays.
• QA Organization team provides independent, external testing. QA Organization team will educate engineers in the practice of internal quality and working with project managers to ensure this takes place.
• Once released by developer, all project artifacts are inspected and are made readily available to the team.
• The project artifacts are placed under the configuration management, so the contents can be viewed by the team at any time.
• The development process will be reviewed at least one time for improvement, and the written results will be sent to the software engineering laboratory.

Metrics:
For every process and document, the metrics shall include:
• The time spent on preparation and review
• Number of defects per unit
• Quality self-assessment of the QA process and performance.
Quality Goals:
The following lists the quality goals;
• Delivered artifacts will not contain “critical” or “serious” defects
• Requirements: No more than one medium and no more than three trivial defective detailed requirements per 100
• Design: No more than one medium defect per five diagrams.
• Pseudocode: No more than two medium
