Frequency Distribution is very essential for data in which we are having to count the frequency within each range. So therefore when we group data into ranges and count the frequencies within each range is known as a Frequency distribution (Mirabella, 2011, p. 1-5). In our case we have a sample of 189 women and a variable that represents the women’s ages. Moreover, the values range from 14-49, which are listed as the lower limits and upper limits. Furthermore, According to Mirabella (2011, p. 1-5) states, “That each row has consistent widths to prevent from the data being deceiving.”
Therefore, after the ranges are established the frequency column should total the number of observations, when added together.

Furthermore, many know that they must eat right, stop bad harmful habits before becoming pregnant, while pregnant, and after pregnancy. Essentially, there were not as many in this group as the other two age ranges of 14-21 and 21-28. The age group of 28-35 account for 20.1% of the sample. It’s possible they looked at this age to factor if many of the women within this age exhibited many prior risks factors that contribute to low birth weight babies. In my opinion, many of the women within this age range are aware that they must maintain their scheduled doctor visits, follow up with doctor orders, eat healthy nutritious meals, and stop harmful risky behaviors that could affect their bodies and their babies. Moreover, I believe most women in this age range are fully ready and at a point in which they are capable of fully providing for a child. Also, I believe they will take the necessary precautions to ensure that their babies are growing and developing the best way they know
