“The influence of a good teacher can never be erased.” In the movie Freedom Writters, Mrs. Gurwell played the role of a generous and devoted teacher, who not only taught her kids inside the classroom, but also helped them in their life outside the classroom. Mrs. Gruwell was a loving teacher that wanted to help her students. Throughout the film, viewers are able to see Mrs. Gruwell’s care, love, and determination for the students in her class and the impact she made in their life. The determination that Mrs. Gruwell showed throughout the film really stuck out to me because it reminded me of the determination that I have.
