The movie Freedom Writers depicts the upper and middle class as being enemies with the lower class. Most of the teachers have animosity towards the minority students. In this movie, social class can be defined as “the rich stay rich” and “the poor is kept poor”. The school officials keep important materials from students. They also show the middle class being forced to follow the upper-class laws. Overall, he movie puts the upper and middle class in negative light.
