1. The law that punished a defendant have to prove about intend’s defendant to threaten or not?
2. The freedom of speech is guaranteed in the 1st amendment of the United states Constitution or not?
PRESIDENT
The Supreme Court has reversed a previous judgment. The Supreme Court uses the Constitution of United States 1st Amendment about “Bill of Rights” to consider about Freedom of speech. A person has the rights to criticize. That is the basis of Human Rights.
This case is represented to emphasize of freedom of speech. Which are the words, criticism and comment on Internet. So It is equitable right by any words or any languages that the Supreme Court regard as that is Freedom of Speech. It is truly personal rights.
