The freedom of speech, not only is a want, but a need in this world. The freedom of speech affects almost everything in a person's daily life, every day of the week. This freedom of speech is also associated with the other first amendment freedoms. People always have something to say about an event, a debate, or anything that catches everyone's attention. Freedom of speech is a need because of the effect, of not having the freedom of speech, on other countries. The reason why this right is a need in the U.S. is because without this freedom of speech America would not be or ever be like it is today. People with freedom of speech can say whatever is on their mind without someone, a group, or the government telling them that they can or can not,
