Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) moved from Mecca to Medina for several important reasons to live in peace, to ensure security, and to spread God’s word. Mohammed (Peace be upon him) wanted to make a sermon to clarify seven points to his people in Medina, to make them follow these points to ensure peace, security, and faith. The seven points are prohibiting killing others, being faithful to God, not committing theft and adultery, to practice every good and get far away from evil. Also, no one should say something false about others, and prohibiting backbite others. All these points will lead the people to be more close to God and follow him as it supposed to be. “However his benevolent character meant that he never spoke about revenging the people of Mecca but instead spoke about spreading love, peace, and humanity” [1] Mohammed ( Peace be upon him) wanted to spread peace through his community and teach his people as their leader to forget about revenging for what happened in Mecca, and start new step toward future to build Islamic nation with …show more content…
It guaranteed their rights to practice their religions and traditions as minority in the Islamic state without fear. Also, the once from other religions who are guilty for doing something wrong to the state, or violates its rules, they will get a punishment and will get hurt to themselves and their families. Minorities in return, should respect the state rules and follows what the constitution follows to live in peace with Muslims in the same place. Mohammed (Peace be upon him) provided justice to his people and to other religions to establish a powerful state that had been built with peace, security, and spreading love around.
