It is a policy formed between two or more nations that allows the unlimited import or export of goods and services between partner nations. Trade agreements decrease problems in barriers to export products, it protects countries from interest. Agreements between trade make it easier and cheaper for companies to export their products with trading partners. Trade agreements are created with the purpose to help grow country’s economy and generating opportunities for its citizens.
Examples:
Australia Free Trade Agreements – Signed on May 18 2004 and was in effect on January 1 2005, and it is a trade agreement between Australia and United States. Most goods that are imported from Australia into the U.S are exempt from taxes
