Since it's founding the organization has grown and developed into a multifaceted operation. While it's mission is still to end child labor and protect the human rights of children both domestic and internationally, it now employs several different techniques to achieving this goal. One of the young founders first projects was to collect signatures to show support for an imprisoned Indian child labor activist. This was done with Craig fellow classmates when he was 12. Spurred by the death of 38 child workers at a fireworks facility in China the organization built several schools throughout Rural China. These schools with the help of local government and the community provide textbooks, uniforms, and supplies to students. The five pillar model was instituted and clean sanitation measures, health initiatives to offer accessible care, programs to combat the iron deficiency anemia that many of the Chinese children have , and other measures are being utilized.
