“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.” We say these words every morning that us, as American patriots, believe in. To believe is to have trust or to deem something to be real. I believe in an America that upholds the rights and freedoms of every gender and race, a nation that grows on success, and a country that never stands down even when we look at fear face to face.
