My most difficult experience was while volunteering to give patients free dental care. The experience was great, but there was one lady, who only spoke Spanish, that was upset because the Doctor could not see her that day. She was furious and yelled at me. I didn’t understand at first, but after calming her down, she mentioned she was missing work and needed that days money. I apologized, explained to her the situation, and she made an appointment asking for me to be there to translate.
