Lastly, free college isn’t fair to the international students. As an international students in Santa Barbar City College, I always pay more than local students. I pay 266 dollars per unit, but the local student only need to pay 46 dollars per unit. Also, international students have to pay for the high insurance every semester even though some students have never used it. Besides that, the living costs and rent are such expensive. Most people would think the international students are rich because of their way of living and spending money, and there is not the reason why the college should charge more from them. However, personally, not all of the international studnts are like that, there are still some students who want to learn the knowledge,
