Summer is the perfect time to do what you want for months! The only problem is, you have to wait for a long time during the school year for summer vacation to come. What if there was a way to have more frequent breaks? There is! Its called year round schooling. According to “Year-Round Schooling Explained” By Jackie Zubrzycki, there are pros and cons on year round schooling, but the pros outweigh the cons so year round schooling should replace traditional schooling.
For instance, year round schooling is better than traditional schooling because according to the article Year-Round Schooling Explained By Jackie Zubrzycki, year round schooling is “a solution to overcrowding” and it will “maximize the use of building space.” In conclusion that means more students can go to a school and there won’t be overcrowding because of the multiple tracks in year round schools. One notable example is that more houses are being built in Dublin, so some kids that move here and join Fallon or other schools are often waitlisted or sent to those schools which then overcrowds them.
