Sometimes, life is like your favorite restaurant. You may be excited to get that same pasta dish you're used to eating, and other times the special that the waiter convinces you to get is disappointing. Life has its ups and downs, that's all part of the experience. "Live life to the fullest" is easy to say, but following through is one of the most difficult challenges we could face. Fretting over our smallest mistakes causes the degeneration of our precious lives. Let's stop sweating the little things, like choosing between regular and diet when getting your drink at a restaurant. I believe that diet soda is overrated.
Firstly, we only have one life to live, so make every second worth it. A 12 oz. can of Coca-Cola has 140 calories, a can of Diet Coke has 0. There are many chemicals in Diet Coke, but no calories. There are many calories in Coca-Cola, but less chemicals. You're either getting chemicals for fewer calories or a few extra calories and sweetness, diet is overrated. If there's one thing I want everybody to take away from this, it's to take chances. Don't let your fears take over and prevent you from having incredible experiences.
