There once was a lake, where every animal lived in harmony. One summer afternoon, a thunder storm rolled in.
“Lets hide!” shouted Fredy Frog, over a loud rumble of thunder.
Tiny Turtle, his best friend, shook his head and hid inside his shell. The thunder sounded so scary and the flashes of lightning blinded him.
“Tiny, move!” urged Fredy, pushing on his friend’s shell. But the shell was too heavy. Fredy slipped and flew over it, landing on his head.
Suddenly, a volt of lightning arched out of the sky, coming towards Tiny like an arrow.
Fredy screemed and hid under a rock, but the lightning bounced off Tiny’s shell, doing no harm.

Tiny shook his head, “I’m not going near the lake, it’s scary.”
“That little thunderstorm was days ago, you have to get over it.” Murmered Fredy.
“I almost got roasted, I’m not going near the lake!” grumbled Tiny.
A loud banging sound was heard near by.
Tiny screemed at the top of his lungs, and almost leaped out of his shell with fright. “What was that?”
Fredy rolled on his back with laughter, “That was just Benny Bibber, banging his tail against a tree.”
Benny laughed along, having heard their earlier talk. “Silly turtle, if you let a small storm scare you so badly, how are you going to face even scarier things in the world?”
Tiny shibbered inside his shell, he wished he never had to come out of his shell, ever again. “It wasn’t small, that lightning could have fried me.”
Fredy laughed, “If we don’t get to the water soon, we’ll truly be fried and not because of lightning.”
“No way, I’m not going!” shouted Tiny, curling up even further inside his shell.
“Then I’ll drag you!” declaired Fredy. He hopped behind Tiny’s shell, placed his webby hands on it and pushed, pushed, pushed!
