Fredrick is a very dedicated person to the sport of football. He plays cornerback for the Belle Chasse High School Cardinals. He is always on time for practice, and is ready to better hisself at the game. During practice he tries to perfect his drills and skills. His motto is practice makes perfect. Although he does a lot of practing at the school, he does football drills and practice with his little brother at home. A football player needs to keep their weight up so when he has time, Fredrick goes to the gym and pumps the old iron for a couple of hours.
