“Whatever you do, don’t fall asleep,” an iconic line in the 1984 horror film, “Nightmare on Elm Street”. Dream-demon Freddy Krueger stalked and killed his victims (mostly teenagers) from within their dreams taking their souls also causing their deaths in real life. In his dream world he is a powerful force and nearly invulnerable. This movie is scary because of his disfigured appearance, he plays on the subconscious fears of many, goes beyond the boundaries between imaginary and real life.
Krueger’s appearance was terrifying and intimidating. His body language conveys a sick individual that takes pleasure in killing children. His skin was scarred, burned, and disfigured as a result of being burned alive by the parents of Springwood; his home
