In our religion class with pastor we are shuffling through Luther’s Small Catechism and comparing law and gospel within the book. While in math we had just began a new chapter in our pre-algebra book, but that chapter is far too hard for me to explain in such a small letter. In U.S. history we are approaching the topic of the civil war, while our Literature book we are halfway through our novel study in a book titled Freak the Mighty. That’s about it for our subjects, nothing else really.
In the elementary side of our school the younger kids our preparing to put on a musical, which will have already passed by the time this is sent out, it is titled Noah’s Remarkable Journey. This musical will take place in fourth quarter, which luckily just began. This is the sad quarter where we prepare to part ways and graduate, but we must first pass a U.S. Constitution test before being allowed to attend our future high school. Although it’s better than elsewhere in the country, so I would consider us massively lucky. While we are on the on the topic of other places in our country I thought I might mention where we are traveling for our class trip. Instead of what we have done most years, which is going to Springfield, we are taking our trip to St. Louis. At the moment we are not sure what we are doing on our trip, it is either we go to six flags there or we attend a profession baseball game and visit a museum.
