Fraternities and sororities have progressed to defeat some stereotypes, but they still face a harsh reality of hazing, racism, privilege, and exclusivity. There are still injustices happening within fraternity and sorority life. For example, one injustice that I would like to focus on is the discrimination against people of color joining fraternities and sororities. The reason why I want to address this injustice is because race/ethnicity is something that I am passionate about. I want to spread diversity and spread awareness against the discrimination that people of color face almost every day. I don’t want people to be colorblind because one is ignoring the harsh reality and struggles that people of color face. I want people to see color
