These two brilliant Presidents were known for their significant accomplishments like leading the U.S.in the difficult battles the country faced. These outstanding men define how they took our country to a whole different aspect in making different changes. Lincoln viewed as one of the most popular and influential presidents of all time. His intelligence of speech gave him the blessing of being able to write and communicate those quotes that gave encouragement. Now they are recognized plastered on walls of schools, covers of journals, and backs of books. According to the author he identifies a quote, “Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other” (Moore). These two men that were Presidents ran in different eras but had common similarities. In the years of 1861 to 1865, America was fighting one another the president that stayed active through most of it was Abraham Lincoln. Afterwards in 1929, the black Tuesday became the worst economy crises in History what came to be known as the Great Depression. During that time Franklin Roosevelt was elected to run for office to lead the U. S. under the depression. Although the issues they battled were from different eras at some points were similar they had to act immediately, wasting no time every moment went by country was a deeper hole. Abraham was assassinated through his term, and Franklin lived long to led the crises of war. The author describes,” The stress of war, began to take his toll on Franklin Roosevelt” (Biography.com Editors).

On the whole, these two men were characterized for their strong, bravery, and accomplishments that impacted our World History. As one can see, these two men went through many battles to free others from slavery or poverty. These two presidents led U.S. when the country was at its breaking point. These two Presidents were greeted with the most pressing issues in the history of the country. This is what makes them extraordinary Presidents of our World
