A prominent upper class community and he was educated by tutors and others until the age of 14 where he was sent to Groton School for Boys. It was a prestigious school that primarily excelled in athletic activities which Franklin found difficult due to his small stature, yet he was relentless to be seen as an equal from his peers. He found that his charms and quick wit excelled in politics, yet there was something which he could not do and that was connect to the masses. It was not until he found himself stricken with polio that he had finally found a struggle in which he could not overcome. Franklin Roosevelt had a primarily women work force at home that had free daycare and unions for women. Which would not be heard of until much later, he also took care of the many people during the Great Depression by not just sending them money but by putting Americans to work, so they would feel that they earned their money. Kennedy had taught us the American way and to stand up to those that might be bigger and stronger than you. Kennedy taught us to protect our people and ideals from those that wish to take it away. He had taught us that no matter the race of that man or women they are equal in the heart and soul and they are each Americans. These two Presidents showed us what Americans really are, what we can become, our physical ailments should not stop us from achieving our dreams.
