Franklin Delano Roosevelt was born on January 30, 1882 was the president number 32 of the united states led the united states in one of the hardest stages which was during the second world war he was in the government for 12 years which was from March 4, 1933 until his death in 1945, which is in a wheelchair for much of his adult life because he had polio terminal illness. A whole generation of Americans grew up without knowing any other president, since FDR served four unprecedented terms in office. Roosevelt's social programs reinvented the role of government in the lives of Americans, while his presidency during World War II established the leadership of the United States on the world stage.

Roosevelt was invited to run for the New York State Senate. After a tough campaign and the help of his name, he won the seat in a Democratic collapse. As state senator, Franklin D. Roosevelt opposed the elements of the Democratic political machine in New York. This earned him the wrath of party leaders, but he gained national notoriety and valuable experience in political tactics and intrigue. During this time, he formed an alliance with Louis Howe, who would shape his political career over the next 25 years.
Roosevelt was re-elected to the state senate in 1912 and served as chairman of the agricultural committee, passing farm and labor bills and welfare programs. Then he wanted to run for the presidency he lost in the internal elections for his problem with the new york then he was associated with James M. Cox. for vice-president but were defeated in the general elections by Warren G. Harding but the experience gave Franklin D. Roosevelt a national exposure and repaired his problem with those of the New York Democratic political machine. and so he could get to the
