Before the car came to a stop Jackie was leaning on the horn pushing me to come out of the house. Grabbing my coat from the couch, I walked out of my front door with no enthusiasm at all because I knew what was coming. Jackie had pulled the ‘I'm upset’ card again because she knows I will always be there for her.

Skin to skin contact, force enough to make me fall back two steps. I snapped out of my frozen state to see who exactly took a hard hit to my cheek. Jackie. Dizziness took over me, Jackie and a man, whom I believe was Walter, the helicopter pilot, helped me get settled into the seat of the flying death machine. Next thing I know, I am wearing a headset and ready to throw up my past dinner. I look out the window and notice that we are flying over miles and miles of farmland. ‘Where’s all of the houses and people?’ my mind is questioning, but no one would actually know the answer if I asked, so what would have been the point.
Jackie still trying to make a point, wouldn’t flat out say where we were going. Although I didn’t want to come out and ask her, so I just let it go. I was starting to get antsy, any longer in this confined space might actually kill me, so I closed my eyes hoping it would end soon.
“10 minutes until we arrive to our destination.” I barely heard the man who was flying say through the
