Upon arrival, I spoke to Frank Toth (victim) who claimed that Tammy Whitehouse (defendant) hit his head with a beer bottle. Toth was getting evaluated by the first aid squad on scene. Toth was bleeding from his ear and neck from lacerations about 4 inches in length. I was not able to determine whether the cut was from the beer bottle or it was from Whitehouse’s fingernail as the victim stated that he was also hit by Whitehouse with her hands. Ambler and Ptl. Jacobsen who had Whitehouse in custody for outstanding warrants out of New Brunswick, # SC 2015 112205 for $500.00 (full/no 10%) and #SC 2013104076 for $350.00 (full/no 10%). Whitehouse was very uncooperative, could not stand or walk straight. Whitehouse appeared to be under the influence of alcohol as Whitehouse had slurred speech with a strong odor of alcohol beverage coming from her breath. Whitehouse admitted that she consumed alcoholic beverages but she could not remember how much alcoholic beverage she consumed in how many hours. Whitehouse stated that she was homeless and that she did not have anywhere to sleep.
Whitehouse stated that she struck Toth's head with a beer bottle and with her hand because Toth punched her. Whitehouse had no physical signs of injury. Whitehouse could not state the reasons why this situation had occurred between Toth and her but that Toth deserved the injury. Whitehouse stated she was bigger than Toth that she would have beat him up more.
