He remembered that when he was from three to six years old he went to see Dolly at her job. She worked as a chocolate dipper covering candies with chocolate and putting letters on them to show what flavor it is. Frank Sinatra remembers the first time and later in life he said “ I remember my first visit to the candy store. She had a bucket of ice water and a vat of hot fudgy chocolate. She dunked her hand in the icy water and then into the hot chocolate, which stuck to her fingers. She then wrote the correct letter with the drippings from her fingertips. She gave me three pieces of chocolate. It was wonderful.” Then when he was six his parents were very consumed with work and they continued that until he was twelve. They were all actors and worked very well together. The group was originally based on Humphrey Bogart. He was the leader of the Rat Pack but sadly died in 1957 shortly after the group was formed. The lead members of the group were Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. and worked very hard. They all appeared in the movies and played many roles in this time. They were usually in Las Vegas performing and hanging out . Surprisingly, only Frank Sinatra was a part of the very first original Rat Pack. Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. were not a part of the original Rat Pack while Frank Sinatra was the “pack master.” Everyone else was not included for a few more years after Humphrey Bogart had died.
